This role is responsible for ensuring efficient communication between drivers, orchard managers, and warehouse personnel while maintaining compliance and optimizing load scheduling. Communicate with orchard managers and fruit warehouses to schedule loading and unloading times.

<p>We are seeking a reliable and detail-oriented Trucking Dispatcher to coordinate daily operations for our fleet. This role is responsible for ensuring efficient communication between drivers, orchard managers, and warehouse personnel while maintaining compliance and optimizing load scheduling.</p><p><br/></p><h2>Key Responsibilities</h2><ul><li>Coordinate daily dispatch operations, including assigning drivers to scheduled loads.</li><li>Communicate with orchard managers and fruit warehouses to schedule loading and unloading times.</li><li>Maintain constant communication with drivers regarding routes, delays, and operational updates.</li><li>Troubleshoot and resolve issues such as delays, breakdowns, or scheduling conflicts in real time.</li><li>Schedule and track service and maintenance appointments for trucks and trailers to minimize downtime.</li><li>Verify that all required paperwork is completed accurately, including bills of lading, delivery receipts, and compliance documents.</li></ul><p><br/></p><h2>Qualifications</h2><ul><li>Previous experience in dispatching, logistics, or trucking operations preferred.</li><li>Strong communication and organizational skills.</li><li>Ability to multitask and work in a fast-paced environment.</li><li>Familiarity with DOT regulations and basic trucking compliance requirements.</li><li>Problem-solving mindset with attention to detail.</li><li>Ability to speak Spanish.</li><li>Ability to work 70+ hours a week during harvest. </li><li>Office (located in Mattawa), phone, laptop will be provided. </li></ul><h2><br/></h2><h2>Compensation</h2><p>Competitive pay based on experience.</p>
