Knowledge/Skills/Abilities** : + Ability to interpret financial and operational data + Basic computer skills + Familiarity with inventory control, OSHA, HACCP and other regulatory requirements + Strong leadership, communication and people development skills + Broad knowledge of warehouse operations, methods and procedures. Involved in the interviewing, hiring, reviewing, schedules, disciplining and termination processes for warehouse personnel + Ensure product is stocked in appropriate location, in a timely and efficient manner and in accordance with food safety and FIFO processes and procedures to create space on the dock and ensure a smooth flow of work.
