Warehouse Clerk (Supply Manager)Location: Hurlburt Field, FL, JBSA, TX, and Keesler AFB, MSJob Status: Full time Clearance: Secret Astrion has an exciting opportunity coming up for a Warehouse Clerk (Supply Manager) to join our team and support the 39th Information Operations Squadron (39 IOS).  We are preparing to hire for Journeyman, Senior, and SME levels. We anticipate a start date in March/April 2026. Cyber Operations Formal Training Support III (CyOFTS III) is a Cyber Schoolhouse program supporting delivery, development, and sustainment of cyber training across operationally relevant mission sets. The team supports instruction, curriculum and content development, training operations, and program execution at multiple Air Force and joint training locations.  REQUIRED QUALIFICATIONS / SKILLS <ul><li style="color: windowtext;">Active secret clearance </li><li style="color: windowtext;">Education and experience will depend on the labor category level.<ul><li style="color: windowtext;">Previous supply management experience is required.</li></ul></li><li>Supply Chain Institute Certified Inventory Management Expert</li></ul>RESPONSIBILITIES<ul><li>Perform warehouse clerk duties consistent with the labor category experience requirements.</li><li>Support inventory management functions consistent with the Supply Chain Institute Certified Inventory Management Expert certification.</li><li>Maintain and track inventory records and warehouse documentation as applicable.</li><li>You will understand supply and inventory management concepts and methodologies with knowledge equivalent to: Certified Inventory Management Expert, or similar certification.</li><li>You will prepare equipment for shipping including, but not limited to: Schedule DLADS deliveries and drop-offs, collect equipment from flight, ensure documentation is complete, Schedule security checks with the Security office and Cybersecurity office, ensure equipment is packed appropriately, and Schedule recycling/hazmat drop-off.</li><li>You will ensure the equipment is properly received including but not limited to: validating equipment received matches packing list, scheduling security checks with the Security office and Cybersecurity office, and ensuring equipment is packed and marked appropriately.</li><li>You will perform inventory management on assets in storage including but not limited to: matching equipment to purchase requests, performing periodic inventory and reporting any shortages and overages.</li><li>You will ensure all storage areas are clean and organized demonstrating a professional appearance and eliminating any safety hazards.</li></ul>***This position is contingent upon contract award***

<h5>Warehouse Loader (Seasonal Summer Help) </h5>The Warehouse Loader is responsible for the safe, accurate, and timely loading and unloading of goods, ensuring warehouse operations are completed efficiently and in compliance with company standards. This role plays a vital part in the supply chain process, verifying shipments, maintaining organization in the warehouse, and supporting inventory control efforts. The Warehouse Loader must be detail-oriented, safety-focused, and capable of performing physically demanding tasks in a fast-paced environment. Essential Duties and Responsibilities <ul><li>Load and unload products from trucks, containers, and pallets using manual or powered equipment (e.g., pallet jacks or forklifts). </li><li>Verify accuracy of incoming and outgoing shipments against bills of lading, invoices, or packing lists. </li><li>Safely and accurately stack, organize, and stage products based on scheduled deliveries and warehouse layout. </li><li>Report any damaged or missing items to the Warehouse Manager immediately. </li><li>Maintain a clean, safe, and organized warehouse environment by following standard housekeeping and safety protocols. </li><li>Assist in daily, weekly, or monthly inventory counts and help identify discrepancies. </li><li>Collaborate with warehouse team and supervisors to meet daily productivity goals and ensure timely order fulfillment. </li><li>Comply with all company policies, safety guidelines, and standard operating procedures (SOPs). </li><li>Operate forklifts or other material-handling equipment as needed (if certified). </li><li>Perform other warehouse-related duties as assigned. </li></ul>Required Qualifications <ul><li>High school diploma or GED equivalent. </li><li>Ability to lift up to 50 pounds repeatedly and perform tasks involving physical labor, including standing, bending, and walking for extended periods. </li><li>Ability to follow verbal and written instructions accurately. </li><li>Basic math and documentation skills. </li><li>Strong attention to detail and a commitment to safety. </li></ul>Preferred Qualifications <ul><li>Prior warehouse, logistics, or material-handling experience. </li><li>Forklift certification or experience operating forklifts and pallet jacks. </li><li>Familiarity with inventory management systems or warehouse management software (WMS). </li><li>Knowledge of OSHA safety standards and procedures in warehouse settings. </li></ul>Work Environment and Physical Requirements <ul><li>Work is performed in a warehouse environment with exposure to variable temperatures, dust, and noise. </li><li>Must be able to lift, carry, push, or pull heavy objects. </li><li>May require working early mornings, late evenings, or weekends depending on business needs. </li></ul>Additional Information This job description is intended to describe the general nature and level of work being performed.
