Required Education:High School DiplomaMinimum Requirements:Previous experience in print production, mail operations, or a related environmentExperience operating print and mail processing equipment preferredAbility to safely operate a pallet jack and move heavy materialsStrong attention to detail and organizational skillsAbility to work independently and as part of a teamKey Responsibilities:Operate and maintain printing, cutting, folding, and inserting equipmentProcess large-volume print and mail jobs for multiple state agenciesPrepare, sort, and package printed materials for distribution and mailingUse a pallet jack to transport pallets of paper, envelopes, and other suppliesMonitor production quality and ensure accuracy of printed materialsFollow safety procedures and operational guidelines at all timesJob Overview:The client is seeking a dependable and detail-oriented individual with experience in print and mail operationsThis position is responsible for supporting daily production activities, including printing, cutting, folding, and machine inserting for various state agenciesThis position requires working in a production and warehouse-style environment with regular use of printing and mailing machinery.
