Prepare international logistics reports for management's review by tracking, processing overnight shipment, auditing, researching and troubleshooting logistics operational issues (10%) . Supervise and direct the daily activities of the shipping and receiving team, including task assignment, performance management, training, and exercising authority to make or recommend decisions regarding hiring and disciplinary actions .

The ideal candidate will have an ability to create and maintain an efficient system of operation to support the business needs. The candidate should be comfortable multitasking and working cross-functionally with different business units. The ideal candidate will have previous experience in related fields.
