About This Position:
The Warehouse Support Manager is Responsible for handling cash collection for various facilities in an assigned route and routinely assumes full Commissary Warehouse Manager responsibilities on an as-needed basis in various warehouse locations, during the short or long term absence of the assigned Warehouse Manager. In addition, the Warehouse Support Manager will conduct full facility Audits as assigned. Essential Functions, Duties, and Responsibilities<ul><li>Have a thorough understanding of Trinity Services Group’s best business practices and procedures including policies</li><li>Work with Management to improve labor efficiencies at assigned Trinity locations</li><li>Assist the Trinity Services Group Management by:</li><li class="ql-indent-1">Assist in processing applications and new hire packets to ensure proper completion</li><li class="ql-indent-1">Implement policies for credits, damaged product, out of date product and returns</li><li class="ql-indent-1">Instruct on-site staff on Trinity Services Group and Facility’s security/safety procedures, notifying Management if there are conflicts with the Facility’s policies/procedures</li><li class="ql-indent-1">Provide follow up training, on-going support and assistance to all on-site managers and staff</li><li class="ql-indent-1">Present information to analyze the profitability, costs and operational issues of prospective accounts</li><li class="ql-indent-1">Assist with assigned aspects of inventory control including ordering, receiving, stocking product and processing orders</li><li class="ql-indent-1">Weekly cash pick-ups from various facilities in a designated route</li><li class="ql-indent-1">Cash reconciliation</li><li class="ql-indent-1">Transporting cash to the bank and making deposits</li><li class="ql-indent-1">Complete miscellaneous duties/projects as assigned by Management</li><li class="ql-indent-1">Safeguard warehouse operations and contents by establishing and monitoring security procedures and protocols</li><li class="ql-indent-1">Achieve financial objectives by preparing an annual budget; scheduling expenditures analyzing variances and initiating corrective action</li><li>Other duties as determined by the needs of the business</li></ul>

What You'll Need:
<ul><li>Must be able to travel 100% of the time.</li><li>Associates Degree in Business Administration preferred; High school diploma/GED and/or equivalent work experience.</li><li>At least two (2) years of management or supervisory experience in a commissary or food service institutional environment.</li><li>Previous experience with inventory distribution and control.</li><li>Knowledge of MS Word, MS Excel, MS PowerPoint and email skills.</li><li>Ability to resolve customer issues quickly and creatively in order to improve customer satisfaction.</li><li>Knowledge of cash collection operations procedures, including reconciliation.</li><li>Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, especially via telephone and in writing.</li><li>Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail.</li><li>Ability to respond in a professional manner to all inquiries, providing the highest level of customer service.</li></ul>

This position partners closely with the Visual Merchandising team and Store Manager on floor resets, new-merchandise placement, and ongoing showroom presentation, while also supporting customer pickups, floor-sample upkeep, and general store maintenance and cleaning. Job Duties: ·         Partner with Visual Merchandising and Store Manager to execute floor resets, new merchandise placement, and ongoing display updates that uphold the Ashley brand standards.·         Read and interpret store floor plans and visual directives to execute product placement independently, ensuring merchandise is positioned accurately and on standard without direct supervision.·         Organize and maintain the store warehouse, ensuring products are stored properly, and the space remains safe, accessible, and audit ready.·         Inspect, touch up, and repair floor samples to keep the showroom in guest-ready, brand-aligned condition at all times.·         Prep the sales floor for incoming merchandise, including moving displays, clearing space, and supporting the setup of new product.·         Perform general housekeeping throughout the warehouse, back-of-house, and showroom, including vacuuming, restroom cleanliness, and cleaning surface areas across the showroom, as well as maintaining cardboard trailers and dumpsters.·         Remove sold products from the sales floor and prepare it for customer pickup, including wrapping, securing, and properly staging items.·         Load products into customer vehicles for pickup, handling items with care during the load.·         Perform light maintenance work — including paint touchups, small drywall repairs, and similar minor fixes — and report routine building maintenance and/or repairs to keep the store operational, safe, and presentable to guests.·         Communicate effectively with Visual Merchandising management, sales, and delivery teams to coordinate product movement and resolve issues promptly.·         Follow all safety protocols when lifting, moving, and handling product, and perform additional duties as assigned to support store operations. Required Qualifications: ·         Education: High school diploma or equivalent, preferred.·         Experience: Prior warehouse, stockroom, or retail experience. Basic furniture care and repair skills. Basic handyman or light maintenance skills, preferred.Physical and Work Environment Requirements: ·         Physical Demands: Able to lift up to 75 lbs independently and up to 150 lbs with assistance.
