Respond to and resolve general and urgent end-user inquiries regarding day-to-day services (e.g., general repairs/preventative maintenance, HVAC, building automation/controls, pest control, fire/life safety, waste management, security). The Regional Facilities & Operations Manager establishes and maintains relationships with facility-related contractors and vendors to ensure a positive and productive experience for all employees, including the development, scheduling, and implementation of preventative maintenance programs.
