Responsibilities:
<ul><li>Work with a multiple-person team in an area containing electrical powered machinery, conveyors, computers, and ventilation equipment to meet daily production targets</li><li>Follow safety and health regulations for the protection of self and co-workers.</li><li>Must learn and follow quality control specifications, maintain accurate and timely charts, forms, and other material control documents.</li><li>Maintain a clean and orderly work area in accordance with 5s requirements.</li><li>Comply with safety and health regulations for the protection of self and co-workers.</li><li>Follow Lean Manufacturing Procedures.</li><li>Comply with current Quality Systems requirements.</li><li>Perform other duties as assigned by management.</li><li>Will be exposed to lead (dust, fumes, and molten form) and other hazards.</li></ul>

Qualifications:

Responsibilities:
<p style="margin:0px">Essential Functions:</p><ul><li>Receive directions from supervisor and lead man.</li><li>Unload shipments arriving at plant, check materials versus paperwork.</li><li>Store materials and product in assigned area.</li><li>Move materials from or into specified area.</li><li>Operate lift truck in safe manner. Hook up charges to lift truck.</li><li>Prepare load sheet, load product and material for shipment.</li><li>Inspect, band, and load hazardous waste on trailers for shipment to recycling center.</li><li>Assist coordinator with paperwork and other coordinator duties.</li><li>Comply with health and safety policies and regulations for the protection of self and fellow workers.</li><li>Maintain a clean and orderly work area at all times.</li><li>Comply with current Quality Systems requirements.</li><li>Pallet Repair</li><li>Hazardous waste training shall be provided to the employee within six months of the date the employee filled this position and a review of this training provided every 12 months thereafter. The employee will complete a program of classroom instruction. The employee shall be supervised until training is completed. The training shall consist of a review of proper management of hazardous waste, satellite accumulation containers, how to review and prepare a hazardous waste manifest, and proper labeling requirements.</li><li>Perform other work as assigned by Management including 5S cleaning</li></ul>

Qualifications:
<p style="margin:0px">Physical Requirements:</p><ul><li>Must be able to wear personal protective equipment (PPE).</li><li>Will be exposed to extreme environmental conditions (hot, cold, humid)</li><li>Frequently lifting from grams up to 50 pounds</li></ul><p style="margin:0px">Equipment Used:</p><ul><li>Lift truck, small hand tools, air compressor, nail gun, bander, clipboard, pen/pencil, RF, and 2-way radio</li></ul><p style="margin:0px">Education, Experience, Skills Required:</p><ul><li>High school diploma or equivalent preferred</li><li>Operation of Powered Industrial Equipment such as forklift.</li></ul><p style="margin:0px">Computer usage.</p><ul><li>Ability to read, write, and understand simple English.</li></ul>
