Starting Hourly Rate $26.00 USD per hourPay is based on several factors which vary based on position. You must be able to skillfully back up trailers into all types of dock and yard locations, as well as hook and unhook trailers. You will need to maintain communication with Dispatch, Yard Coordinators and Operation Managers via the radio. This work will also require attention to detail and a focus on safety procedures and protocols, including the performance of routine safety inspections of vehicles.
