Preferred Qualifications: Open heart experience (CABG, valve surgeries, AAA), comprehensive stroke procedures (EVD, thrombectomy, TNK), management of assist devices (IABP, Impella, Prisma CRRT), prone positioning, and initiation and maintenance of paralytics with TOF/BIS monitoring. This position involves providing specialized critical care for stroke, neuro, surgical, and medical patients within a 30-bed ICU, with an emphasis on bedside procedures, ventilator management, and hemodynamic monitoring.
