Spend your time outdoors in wide-open spaces working as part of a team assisting our experienced Park Rangers in daily maintenance of Conservation District park sites creating an enjoyable experience for our park visitors. Job duties include, but not limited to:<ul><li>Mowing and trimming</li><li>Light maintenance work such as painting and staining</li><li>Trail work such as trimming and erosion control </li><li>Park rounds including trash pick-up and maintenance of the site</li></ul> What are we looking for? Preferably, someone with some previous experience in landscape or park maintenance work including the ability to use power tools and maintenance equipment, or willing to learn such tools and equipment if not already familiar with it. For your safety and those around you, we require applicants to have a current, valid driver's license and complete a pre-employment drug screening due to driving being essential to the job as well as be able to regularly lift up to 50lbs. Additionally, you must be at least 18 years of age at the time of your start date. Overview:
The Sr. Project Controls Specialist is an individual contributor with specialized knowledge and skills responsible for the development and preparation of Project Controls deliverables on the assigned project with minimal supervision and/or oversight.  The role directly reports to Manager of Project Controls and Project Manager assigned and routinely interacts with Senior Operations professionals within organization.

Responsibilities:
<ul><li>Responsible for project Cost Forecasting, Scheduling/Planning, Progress Measurement & Reporting, Change Management & Risk Management facilitator.</li><li>Develops the WBS and CBS for control and requirements as defined by the contract and execution plan.</li><li>Develops integrated EPC cost and schedule program including reporting.</li><li>Develops and maintain progress measurement system applicable to the project.</li><li>Analyzes cost and schedule data including the PSR and recommends solutions or recovery plans to impacts or delays.</li><li>Monitors status of risks & opportunities as well as cost and progress trends.</li><li>May provide direct supervision as required to a small team of Project Control resources on one or a group of projects.</li><li>Regularly interfaces with Senior Management and Clients.</li><li>Ensure compliance with contractual requirements and adherence to internal controls and procedures.</li><li>Advises Project Management of forecast risks as soon as they are identified</li></ul>

Qualifications:
<ul><li>BS or equivalent undergraduate degree or equivalent experience</li><li>10+ years of relevant experience; project or construction management preferred</li><li>Minimum 5 years’ experience working with Primavera (P6) and/or other scheduling/planning software</li><li>Minimum 5 years’ experience with Cost Control, Forecasting and Management</li></ul>

Skills and Behaviors:
