The HESS department provides resources to create a framework and internal infrastructure for equity and inclusion work in alignment with the Equity and Inclusion (E&I) Division, OHA's transformation strategies, and needs identified by community partners who are invested in a shared goal of excellence and equity in patient and staff well-being.
