You will oversee diverse project phases—including site assessments, procurement, design coordination, and construction—to deliver value-driven results.<strong><br/></strong><br/></div><div><strong>Key Responsibilities:</strong></div><ul><li><strong>HSE Compliance: </strong>Collaborate with the Process Engineering Director to ensure Health, Safety, and Environmental (HSE) requirements are strictly followed across all project phases.</li><li><strong>Execution & Documentation: </strong>Lead the preparation of project documentation in alignment with contractual obligations.</li><li><strong>Performance Monitoring: </strong>Ensure project requirements (safety, quality, cost, and productivity) are met across Nth Cycle locations.</li><li><strong>Baseline Management: </strong>Draft and maintain project baselines (scope, schedule, budget) for director approval, ensuring timely updates and communication to the project team.</li><li><strong>Project Delivery: </strong>Support the Process Engineering Director in delivering projects in accordance with company execution and commercial baselines.</li><li><strong>Contract Review: </strong>Review and manage Nth Cycle contracts and relevant subcontracts.</li><li><strong>Scope Development: </strong>Collaborate with the team to define the written scope of facilities and services, communicating this effectively to stakeholders.</li><li><strong>Reporting & Close-out: </strong>Participate in comprehensive project reporting and oversee the final project close-out report.</li><li><strong>Change Management: </strong>Collaborate with Project Controls to maintain a documented change management system, tracking all deviations to the project baseline.</li><li><strong>Cost & Schedule Control: </strong>Actively manage and control project costs and schedules, implementing effective procedures to minimize delays.</li><li><strong>Team Collaboration: </strong>Support the establishment of an efficient, cost-effective project environment, fostering collaboration between team members.</li></ul><div><br/><strong>Required Skills & Qualifications:</strong></div><ul><li>Bachelor’s in engineering and 3-7 years of project management.</li><li>Proven experience managing engineering, procurement, and construction projects.</li><li>Strong understanding of contract management and change management systems.</li><li>Excellent communication skills and ability to report to senior leadership.</li><li>Proficiency in scheduling and cost control methodologies.</li></ul>

We do not “sell” agencies and Shelter does not “loan” money to agents to begin their business. We provide the opportunity. The only expectations are that you meet sufficient sales requirements and core business proficiencies. If you are no longer a Shelter agent for any reason, your financial responsibilities are limited to any unsatisfied bills owed through your departure.
