Apprentices undergo a minimum 6-week paid piercing training program inclusive of classroom style learning, observation, and hands-on training. We are always looking for Apprentices to join our training program! Upon successful completion of the program, graduated Apprentices will become eligible for a Part Time or Full Time Associate Piercer position at one of our studio locations.Hourly Rate:<ul><li>Graduated apprentices make $24/hour as Associate Piercers, plus tips</li></ul>During the 6-week training program, apprentices make $18/hour, plus tipsKey Responsibilities:REVENUEService Oriented<ul><li>Embodies our performance-oriented culture by meeting and exceeding expectations</li><li>Serves as a brand ambassador: educates clients on the unique Studs' experience through our selling cycle</li><li>Delivers confident, clear, and professional communication with clients during their entire Studs' experience</li></ul>OPERATIONSDecision Quality & Execution<ul><li>Leverages Studs' resources and policies in decision making</li><li>Becomes well-versed in piercing operating procedures and regulations to ensure client experience and work safety standards are met</li><li>Shows consistent and detailed record keeping of all maintenance, sterilized inventory and tools</li></ul>TALENTIntegrity<ul><li>Prioritizes Studio compliance and is accountable to standard operating procedures and company policy</li><li>Admits mistakes and is not afraid to escalate when help is needed</li><li>Lives out our Core Values</li><li>Shows consistency by providing best in class service to everyone in the Studio</li><li>Provides solutions-oriented feedback and is open-minded to receiving it</li></ul>Requirements:<ul><li>3 years of relevant work experience</li><li>At least two years as a Medical Assistant or Phlebotomist (performing venipunctures and/or finger sticks) preferred</li><li>Full Time:</li><li>Must be available to work a flexible schedule up to 5 days per week (32+ hours), including evenings, weekends, and holidays. We offer a better retail and digital experience that prioritizes safety and expertise in a cool, fun and welcoming environment, along with a wide earring assortment-all at an accessible price point. *Please Note: The official title for this role will be Studio Supervisor* Location: Roseville, CA | Reports to: Studio Manager | Part Time Hourly Rate: $20.50 The Studio Supervisor plays a critical support role in the daily operations of the Studio, serving as a trusted keyholder and frontline leader. This role is designed for team members who consistently demonstrate strong judgment, attention to detail, and the ability to operate independently. As a Studio Supervisor, you'll help open and close the Studio, support floor leadership during peak periods, and ensure a consistent customer and brand experience. You'll also set the tone on the floor - modeling our values, reinforcing service standards, and supporting operational execution. This is a non-managerial role but one that requires maturity, ownership, and leadership by example.
