Position Overview: We are currently seeking a talented and compassionate Doctor of Physical Therapy to join our dynamic team on a full-time basis. As a Doctor of Physical Therapy, you will play a pivotal role in providing high-quality care and leading our team in delivering evidence-based treatment approaches to patients with orthopedic and vestibular conditions. There is room for growth at FlexPlus Physical Therapy with the opportunity to advance to Clinical Director. Responsibilities: - Conduct comprehensive evaluations and assessments of patients to develop individualized treatment plans, incorporating evidence-based practice and clinical expertise. - Provide direct patient care, including therapeutic exercises, manual therapy techniques, and patient education, to optimize functional outcomes and promote overall wellness. - Collaborate with interdisciplinary team members, including physical therapy assistants, physicians, and other healthcare professionals, to ensure coordinated and integrated care delivery. - Monitor patient progress, adjust treatment plans as needed, and accurately document treatment interventions and outcomes in accordance with regulatory standards. - Serve as a clinical mentor and resource for staff members, providing guidance, support, and ongoing education to promote professional development and clinical excellence. Qualifications: - Doctoral degree in Physical Therapy from an accredited program. - Current MA state licensure or eligibility for licensure as a Doctor of Physical Therapy. - CPR certification. - Strong clinical skills and expertise in orthopedic and vestibular rehabilitation. - Excellent interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to effectively collaborate with patients, families, and colleagues. - Demonstrated commitment to evidence-based practice, continuous learning, and professional growth. Schedule: This is a full-time position, offering a competitive salary and comprehensive benefits package. The typical schedule will consist of approximately 40 hours per week, with flexibility to accommodate patient appointments and team meetings. Integrating academic and clinical teachings with individualized mentorship, this program fuels a passion for ER and creates a deeper meaning around life-saving veterinary heroics. If you're hungry to learn how to do ER, perform surgeries, advance your endoscopy skills, learn about exotics, and discover the unique rewards of customer-focused care in an open concept hospital, we find a way to say yes to training you in our NERD program. WHAT YOU'LL DO<ul><li>Work side-by-side with experienced VEG doctors who will mentor you through real ER cases, offering guidance and feedback every step of the way. This isn't just shadowing—it's hands-on learning with built-in mentorship.</li><li>New ER Doctors (a.k.a. NERDS!) get up-close, firsthand ER experience, working 3-4 hospital shifts per week (days, swings, and nights), as well as through weekly case discussions, literature reviews, and hands-on training at state-of-the-art facilities. </li><li>Learn best practices for client-centered communication and care, the VEG Way.</li></ul>What CE experiences can you expect to attend during the program?From hands-on training to weekly didactic learning, NERD program participants earn over 160 RACE-approved CE hours in just six months—which takes most doctors 10 years to complete!
