Implementation of the plan of care by providing direct patient care, directing others about the urgency, time frames and methods to deliver health care on and off site, determining when needs for care or services become more urgent, need clarification or another type or level of intervention is necessary; taking action as necessary to obtain provider orders and accomplish prescribed interventions in a timely and clinically responsive manner. Board eligible physicians may be considered with continued employment contingent upon achieving board certification within 24 months of hiring date (unless the incumbent employee was in the position prior to December 31, 2019).Board certification must be maintained by the employee as a requirement for continued employment (unless the incumbent employee was in the position prior to December 31,2019).
