Communicates regularly with District Managers, Area Doctors, Regional VP’s, and other senior level executives to communicate filled positions and hiring trends as well as providing insight on future hires and the short-term and long-term strategies for hiring. They performs searches for qualified candidates according to relevant job criteria, using computer databases, networking, internet recruiting resources, cold calls, social media, online job boards and employee referrals.
