Within the Limb Preservation Program, the APP will play a key role in early identification of patients at risk for limb loss, coordination of vascular, podiatric, wound care, infectious disease, and rehabilitation services, and facilitation of timely diagnostic evaluation, revascularization planning, and post-procedural management. As an NP/PA on this service, you will be part of a high-functioning, inter-professional team responsible for the management of complex and critically ill vascular surgery patients, including those with advanced peripheral arterial disease, chronic limb-threatening ischemia (CLTI), diabetic foot disease, and non-healing wounds.
