Work closely with key functions across the enterprise including but not limited to Corporate Strategy, Innovation & Sustainability, Real Estate, Environmental, Regulatory, Economic Development & Energy Solutions, Legal, Tax, Transmission, Digital, Supply Chain & Procurement, etc.to support the development of renewable energy projects. Renewable Energy Development Transaction Specialist will support the execution of Ameren's Generation Transformation Plan by working cross-functionally with key leaders and teams on project due diligence in support of contract negotiations and regulatory approval for renewable acquisitions – build and development transfer agreements.
