ul>Provide day-to-day legal advice and support under the direction of the Associate General Counsel, Employment on a variety of U.S. and global employment law matters, including recruiting, hiring, and terminations, employment and separation documentation, EORs and PEOs, compensation and benefits, leaves of absence, reasonable accommodations, performance management, restrictive covenants, employee classifications, employment disputes, organizational restructures, and transactional-related employment matters. What Youll Do: The Employment team, within Legal and Government Affairs (LGA), partners closely with the People team and business leaders to support CoreWeaves global workforce by delivering practical employment law guidance and building scalable, compliant employment frameworks across the jurisdictions in which we operate.
