Job Title: Experienced Downhole Driller Location: Local and Out-of-Town Work Required Pay range: $20 to $25hr BOE Position Overview: Mid Cal Labor Solutions is currently seeking an experienced Downhole Driller. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in water well and oil drilling operations, with the ability to operate and maintain drilling equipment safely and efficiently. This position requires local and travel out-of-town assignments. A Commercial Class A CDL is considered a strong asset. Key Responsibilities: * Operate drilling rigs and associated downhole equipment for water well and oil projects * Conduct drilling operations in compliance with company policies and safety standards * Inspect, maintain, and troubleshoot equipment to ensure optimal performance * Collaborate with crew members to achieve project goals efficiently and safely * Work flexible schedules and travel as required for project assignments Qualifications: * MUST HAVE A VALID DRIVERS LICENSE * Drive with on physical or DMV imposed restrictions or limitations required * Minimum 2 years of experience as a downhole driller (water well and/or oil drilling preferred) * Proficiency in operating drilling rigs and related equipment * Strong knowledge of drilling procedures, safety standards, and best practices * Willingness and ability to travel extensively and work in various field environments * Strong teamwork, problem-solving, and communication skills Compensation and Benefits: * Temp to Hire * Competitive pay, commensurate with experience * Travel accommodations provided when working out of town * Opportunities for career growth and advancement APPLY NOW with your up to date resume showing your work history/experience in this line of work.  **Your resume MUST be up to date & show work history in this field to be considered***
