• Control safety procedures on siteMinimum Requirements & Qualifications:Past drilling experience is strongly preferred but not required - candidates with equipment operation experience will be considered.Have a mechanical background and aptitude, with skills in operating and maintaining machinery.Must commit to working safely and ensuring the safety of co-workers.Must be at least 18 years old.Must be compatible and able to communicate with other people in a small team environment.Must be comfortable working outdoors.Be able to work 12-hour shifts (day or night) in various climatic conditions for extended periods of time.Valid Driver's License and reliable driving record.Ability to lift, move, push, and pull up to 50 pounds frequently. The Operator will be responsible for operating drilling equipment and/or locating the predetermined path to the exit point. They will operate in a safe manner, avoiding utilities and other obstacles.
