<h3>Job Title:</h3><p>Directional Bore Operator </p><h3><strong>Job Summary:</strong><strong>Paying $20 - $40/hr. based off experience </strong></h3><p>Looking for a skilled Directional Bore Operator who will be responsible for operating and maintaining directional drilling equipment for the installation of underground utilities. This position plays a key role in ensuring that projects are completed efficiently, safely, and within specifications. The ideal candidate will have experience with directional boring techniques and a strong commitment to workplace safety.</p><h3>Key Responsibilities:</h3><ul><li>Operates directional boring machines to install pipelines, cables, and other utility lines underground.</li><li>Conduct pre-operational checks on directional drilling equipment and perform necessary maintenance.</li><li>Read and interpret plans, maps, and specifications to determine locations for drilling.</li><li>Monitor drilling progress and adjust operations as needed to meet project specifications.</li><li>Ensure compliance with safety guidelines and procedures throughout the drilling process.</li><li>Collaborate with crew members, including laborers and supervisors, to ensure smooth workflow on the job site.</li><li>Provide training and guidance to junior crew members as needed.</li></ul><h3>Qualifications:</h3><ul><li>High school diploma or equivalent; additional specialized training in directional boring is a plus.</li><li>Minimum of 2-4 years of experience operating directional boring equipment in construction or utility installation.</li><li>Strong understanding of safety protocols and the ability to identify potential hazards on the job site.</li><li>Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail.</li><li>Ability to work in various weather conditions and physically demanding environments.</li><li>Effective communication skills and the ability to work well in a team setting.</li></ul><p><strong>Requirements</strong></p><ul><li>Proven experience as a Directional Bore Operator.</li></ul><ul><li>Valid driver’s license and clean driving record.</li><li>Ability to operate and maintain directional drilling equipment safely.</li><li>Willingness to work flexible hours and travel to job sites as needed.</li><li>Knowledge of underground utility installation practices is highly desirable.</li></ul><p/><p>If you're a motivated and safety-oriented individual looking to advance your career with Essel, apply today!</p><p><strong>Benefits</strong></p><p>Industry Standard Benefits </p>
