If you enjoy operating heavy equipment, leading crews, and working on technically challenging projects, we want to hear from you. Essential Functions<ul><li>Assist in the transportation of heavy equipment and/or operate heavy equipment safely and efficiently</li><li>Set up, operate, and maintain drilling rigs and related equipment, including hammer drills, rotary tables, and slush pumps</li><li>Drill elevator jack holes with plumb precise measurements and specifications</li><li>Drill large-diameter well holes with steel casings, typically ranging from 20" to 30"</li><li>Ensure proper casing installation, including connecting casing sections, setting casing with appropriate tools, and cementing when required</li><li>Monitor hole depth and drilling conditions, making adjustments as necessary</li><li>Adhere strictly to all safety procedures and regulatory requirements</li><li>Identify and troubleshoot drilling challenges, such as equipment malfunctions or hole instability</li><li>Maintain accurate drilling records, including depths, materials used, and operational issues</li><li>Communicate regularly with the Drilling Manager to provide updates and resolve concerns</li><li>Supervise drilling helpers, assistants, and crew members on job sites</li></ul> Position Qualifications<ul><li>Ability to obtain a CDL Class A license preferred, if already held</li><li>Ability to obtain and maintain a DOT Medical Examination Card</li><li>Good driving record with a minimum of 3 years of road driving experience</li><li>High School Diploma or equivalent</li><li>Experience assisting with or leading large-diameter outside construction drilling</li><li>Experience drilling inside elevator jack holes or assisting the lead driller, preferred</li><li>Familiarity with large down-hole air hammers and/or solid stem auger rigs</li><li>Experience driving in city and job-site environments</li><li>Ability to pass a drug screen and background check</li></ul> Skills & Abilities<ul><li>Ability to lift up to 50 lbs. and perform physically demanding work</li><li>Ability to maintain CDL logs in compliance with DOT regulations</li><li>Willingness to travel, including overnight or extended assignments</li><li>Willingness to work in all weather conditions, as approved by management</li><li>Availability to work overtime, as required and approved</li><li>Ability to work in loud environments while wearing required safety PPE</li><li>Strong time-management skills with the ability to meet deadlines</li><li>Ability to work independently or collaboratively as part of a team</li><li>Good physical condition and stamina</li></ul> Why Join Us<ul><li>Work on specialized high-impact drilling projects</li><li>Opportunity to lead crews and grow professionally</li><li>Challenging hands-on work with modern equipment</li><li>Safety-focused culture with experienced leadership</li><li>Ready to drill deeper into your career</li></ul>Apply today and become part of a team that builds from the ground up.
