Responsibilities include managing projects from start to finish, covering financial and safety performance, and overseeing overall project execution for water well projects (we provide training!). Essential Job Accountabilities <ul><li>Perform accurate project revenue and cost forecasting to support the achievement of corporate profitability goals. </li><li>Partner with Estimating and Project Controls to establish and manage project budgets. </li><li>Coordinate with Business Development and Operations to effectively allocate resources and maintain project schedules. </li><li>Participate in bid reviews and bid closings to ensure accuracy, evaluate project feasibility, and support development of bid schedules. </li><li>Foster a collaborative environment that enables effective communication between Superintendents and Area Managers to drive safe, efficient, and profitable project execution. </li><li>Maintain proper job controls, including monitoring quantities, costs, revenue, and schedule performance. </li><li>Develop and maintain strong working relationships with owners, agencies, subcontractors, inspectors, and internal stakeholders to support long-term client partnerships. </li><li>Ensure timely and accurate project reporting to drive performance tracking and continuous improvement. </li><li>Manage projects to meet or exceed expected profitability margins. </li><li>Comply with and actively support corporate safety initiatives to maintain a safe work environment. </li></ul> Education <ul><li>Bachelor's degree in a related field or equivalent experience ( Construction management, project management, Civil Engineering, etc.) </li></ul> Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities <ul><li>Knowledge of water well drilling or related industry practices is helpful, but we train. </li><li>Ability to perform in a high-production, fast-paced environment. </li><li>Strong decision-making and problem-solving skills. </li><li>Demonstrated leadership ability. </li><li>Excellent communication and organizational skills. </li><li>High level of accuracy and attention to detail. </li></ul> Physical Demands The physical demands described here are representative of those that must be met to successfully perform the essential functions of this role. <ul><li>Regularly required to talk and hear. </li><li>Frequently required to stand, walk, sit, and use hands to operate a computer keyboard. </li><li>Occasionally required to reach with hands and arms. </li><li>Must occasionally lift and/or move up to 50 pounds. </li><li>Specific vision abilities include close vision and the ability to adjust focus. </li><li>Work is performed in both office and field environments, including exposure to outdoor conditions and large construction equipment. </li></ul>Reasonable accommodations may be made to enable individuals with disabilities to perform the essential functions.
