These attorneys will work with a team of experienced lawyers to support our Central Organization division on a wide variety of transactional and commercial matters, including but not limited to, the negotiation, drafting and implementation of agreements supporting a wide variety of transactions and operations (e.g., acquisition, joint venture, operating, and divestiture agreements) and goods and services contracts (such as EPC, drilling, and various equipment and materials purchase contracts). For convenience and simplicity, words like venture, joint venture, partnership, co-venturer, and partner are used to indicate business relationships involving common activities and interests, and those words may not indicate precise legal relationships.
