PRIMARY JOB FUNCTIONS: • Observes all Federal, State and Company safety rules, regulations, policies and procedures • Performs physical construction including, but not limited to, digging ditches or trenches, backfilling excavations, and compacting and leveling earth to grade specifications using picks, shovels, pneumatic tampers and rakes • Uses a mechanized pipe saw and differentiate blade types for project specific requirements.
