Through resident feedback and involvement, interest questionnaires, and staff input the Event Planner/Social Director will develop a well-tailored program that includes, but is not limited to, themed events, educational opportunities, social functions, spiritual opportunities, day trips, cultural outings, lectures, informational meetings, and volunteer opportunities. This position creates, markets, and leads a broad range of spiritual, physical, intellectual, cultural, and emotional events, outings and programs to foster a Weller Life® tailored to the needs and interests of a diverse resident population.
