The Service Technician will perform a range of duties, including troubleshooting and repairing appliances, plumbing, electrical systems, and HVAC units, as well as completing general maintenance and upkeep tasks. A minimum of 2-3 years of experience in apartment home repair, including general carpentry, basic plumbing, basic electrical knowledge, along with mechanical and equipment repairs.
