You'll wear multiple hats—Technical Program Manager, Agile Coach, Process Designer, Storyteller, and Systems Thinker—driving some of the most critical Financial Data Product initiatives at MX while partnering with engineering and product leadership to align on high-impact outcomes and scalable architectures. You'll bring expertise in best-in-class frameworks for work intake, prioritization, SDLC optimization, team management, and decision-making, with the ability to navigate technical trade-offs, increase developer velocity, and create clarity across ambiguous problems.
