Set technical direction for shared platform capabilities spanning notification APIs, eventing and workflow orchestration, delivery pipelines, user preferences, templates, experimentation, and observability. Deep understanding of distributed systems, service-oriented architectures, event-driven systems, and APIs in production; experience with notification, messaging, communications, or other high-volume delivery systems is a plus.
