Lead Drivers substitute for the drivers of open routes, supporting drivers to complete routes, and provides other operational support as directed by the Route Manager, which will include training new drivers, retraining, and follow up training of current drivers. As part of the ongoing employment requirements, the successful candidate may be subject to drug and alcohol testing-including pre‑employment screening, post‑incident evaluations, reasonable suspicion checks, and random testing-in accordance with government regulations and company policies.
