Responsibilities: Report to the assigned terminal as scheduled and safely operate assigned bus routes in accordance with routing directions and student pickup and drop-off schedules; follow regulations, policies, and procedures related to bus operation, student behavior, and safety; complete required documentation; and respond appropriately to emergencies, including first aid, body-fluid cleanup, and student evacuation procedures. The Bus Driver follows assigned schedules and route guides, maintains vehicle cleanliness, completes required documentation, and communicates professionally, collaborating with dispatch, supervisors, parents/guardians, and school staff, and must obtain and maintain the required Commercial Driver's License.
