Proven hands-on experience assembling discrete wire harnesses, interconnects, and connectors in a production setting, including soldering of wires, terminals, and through-hole/SMT components; prior experience in automotive, aerospace, or high-volume electronics manufacturing environments is strongly preferred. Perform electrical troubleshooting on interconnect setups, wiring, connectors, and related systems using diagnostic tools, multimeters, testers, visual inspection, and schematics.
