Under the direction of the Regional Operations Manager, the Plant Manager oversees and manages all production, distribution, warehouse, and maintenance activities to ensure the accurate and timely processing, receiving, shipping, and distribution of steel, parts, and customer orders. Lead, coach, train, and develop supervisors and employees; establish production priorities and operational goals; and manage staffing, workflow, resources, and schedules to achieve productivity, quality, and customer service objectives while minimizing overtime.
