Title                 : TSG Support Technician with Driving 
Location          : Reno, NV 
Duration          : 0 – 12 months 
shift                 : 1:30PM-10:00PM ( M- F) 
Pay                  : $26.60/Hour 
Job Duties<ul><li>Provide support activities within assigned technical areas </li><li>Perform equipment exchange and maintain inventory records </li><li>Install software and perform program updates </li><li>Troubleshoot and resolve hardware, software, and telecommunication issues </li><li>Assist users in resolving computer-related problems </li><li>Train users on supported software and hardware (both technical and user-level understanding) </li><li>Support technology infrastructure across multiple locations (Core Technology, Small Package, Freight, SCS) </li><li>Travel to customer sites using a personal vehicle for technical support </li><li>Work flexible shifts, including weekends when required </li></ul>Qualifications<ul><li>Associate’s Degree in Computer Science (Bachelor’s preferred) </li><li>A+ Certification required </li><li>Proficient to advanced skills in Microsoft Office (Access, Word, Excel, Outlook) </li><li>Strong verbal and written communication skills </li><li>Good problem-solving and decision-making abilities </li><li>Ability to work independently with minimal supervision </li><li>Highly organized and detail-oriented </li><li>Ability to prioritize and manage daily tasks effectively</li></ul>
