We operate steady, year-round freight across the southeastern states, offering our drivers consistent miles, predictable scheduling, and reliable weekly home time.</p><p>We treat our drivers with the utmost respect and strive to provide the support, quality equipment, and steady pay you deserve. </p><h3><strong>Pay & Benefits:</strong></h3><ul><li><strong>Average Weekly Earnings:</strong> $1,200 – $1,400 per week</li><li><strong>Practical Mileage Pay:</strong> Paid on <strong>ALL</strong> miles—loaded or empty</li><li><strong>Hourly Add-On Pay:</strong> $20.00/hour for detention and breakdown time</li><li><strong>Retirement:</strong> Up to a $2,000 401(k) company match available</li><li><strong>Paid Time Off:</strong> Paid vacation time and 8 paid holidays per year</li><li><strong>Full Benefits Package:</strong> Comprehensive health, dental, vision, and life insurance</li></ul><h3><strong>Home Time & Equipment:</strong></h3><ul><li><strong>Reliable Home Time:</strong> Home weekly for your reset (typically 5–5.5 days out on the road).</li><li><strong>Generous Reset:</strong> 34 to 48 hours of quality time at home.</li><li><strong>Take-Truck-Home Program:</strong> Option to park the truck at home during your reset (where applicable).</li><li><strong>Premium Fleet:</strong> Late-model, well-maintained Kenworth, Freightliner, and International tractors.</li></ul><h3><strong>Freight Profile:</strong></h3><ul><li><strong>Commodity:</strong> Steady, year-round Dry Van freight.</li><li><strong>No-Touch:</strong> 100% absolute no-touch freight for the driver.</li><li><strong>Drop & Hook:</strong> Approximately 70% drop-and-hook freight to keep you moving, with minimal live load/unload.</li></ul><h3><strong>Qualifications & Requirements:</strong></h3><ul><li><strong>License:</strong> Valid Class A Commercial Driver's License (CDL-A).</li><li><strong>Experience:</strong> Minimum of 6 months of verifiable tractor-trailer driving experience.</li><li><strong>Recent Activity:</strong> Must have verifiable driving activity within the last 90 days.</li><li><strong>Compliance:</strong> Must meet all Department of Transportation (DOT) safety, background, and FMCSA drug & alcohol clearinghouse requirements.</li></ul><h3><strong>About Us</strong></h3><p>J Rose Logistics provides expedited freight transportation services for shipping and delivery of critical loads throughout the continental US.
