The ideal candidate for this position will have the following skills and experience: Minimum 5+ years' experience of working on a Carpenter position with significant experience working with carpentry materials and using electrical and manual equipment and measurement tools (such as powered saws, hammers, rulers, etc.). <h1><strong><br/></strong></h1><h1><strong>Lead Carpenter- Remodeling</strong></h1><p><strong>Manheim, PA | Full Time</strong><br/></p><p><strong>As a lead carpenter, you will lead projects in the residential home remodeling area for customers who are willing to pay for the very best.  Our customers love that our carpenters are so highly qualified and give our carpenters consistent 5 star reviews for creativity, communication, courteousness, and integrity.  Do you love what you do and want to work for a company that values you, your time, your growth professionally and personally and will pay generously for your skills?<br/></strong></p><p>From our location in Manheim, PA, we serve homeowners throughout Lancaster, York, Lebanon, Dauphin, Berks, and Chester counties.<br/>As Lead Carpenter, you will organize and lead various projects in remodel carpentry including, but not limited to: <br/></p><ul><li>Kitchens</li><li>Bathrooms</li><li>Demolition</li><li>Framing, insulation & drywall painting</li><li>Installing trim, cabinetry, flooring, doors, windows, siding, decking, railing, plumbing, electrical</li><li>Other interior and exterior aspects in the residential building industry</li><li>If you specialize in a few skills that we are looking for it is not necessary to have experience with all aspects of remodeling</li></ul><p><br/>You should possess great hand dexterity and an eye for detail, being able to work with little supervision and follow all health and safety standards. We also expect you to have good knowledge of wood properties and other carpentry materials.
