Requirements<ul><li>Qualified applicants MUST have experience in the following trades: Painting and Drywall (Mud/Tape/Texture)</li><li>Residential & Commercial painting experience preferred</li><li>Experienced with both interior & exterior painting</li><li>Possession of basic hand tools and power tools</li><li>Comfortable with heights</li><li>Able to work in non-conventional environments (outdoor work conditions, buildings, roof tops, duct work, scaffolding, etc.)</li><li>Excellent communication skills</li><li>Attention to detail</li><li>Must be dependable and reliable</li><li>Able and willing to work a flexible schedule</li><li>Must be able to lift 50+ lbs.</li><li>Must have a valid WA state driver's license, reliable vehicle, and a clean driving record</li><li>Must be able to pass a pre-employment drug screen, physical, and background check</li></ul>Job Duties<ul><li>Ability to install and repair drywall, wall texturing, and ceiling acoustic texturing</li><li>Ability to mask and prep</li><li>Filling nail holes, cracks, and joints with putty plaster</li><li>Painting surfaces using brushes, spray gun, or paint rollers</li><li>Maintain a clean and presentable working environment at all times</li><li>All other duties as assigned</li></ul>Pay-scale: Depends on ExperiencePrivate & Public Sector (prevailing wage) work availableBenefits Offered: Healthcare, Dental, Vision, Life Insurance, 401K (matching options available), Vacation, HolidayWe are an Equal Opportunity Employer and follow a practice of treating all employees and applicants for employment in a nondiscriminatory manner.
