This is a full-time, year-round position in a fast-paced manufacturing environment with consistent hours, weekly pay, and opportunities for advancement.<div style="margin-left:0in;margin-right:0in;text-align:center"><hr/></div>What You’ll Do • Apply 1st and 2nd coat taping and mudding to drywall surfaces 
• Perform touch-up work to ensure smooth and finished surfaces 
• Apply texture finishes, including stomping and other patterns 
• Assist with painting and finishing work as needed 
• Finish ceilings and wall surfaces to meet quality standards 
• Ensure all work meets company quality and production expectations 
• Maintain a clean and organized work area 
• Work as part of a team to meet daily production goals<div style="margin-left:0in;margin-right:0in;text-align:center"><hr/></div>What We’re Looking For • Previous drywall finishing, tape & texture, or painting experience preferred 
• Experience with mudding, taping, texturing, or finishing work • Proficient with drywall tape and texture tools (bazooka, angle box, seam box, nail spotter, roller, glazing tools) • Experience applying 1st and 2nd coat finishes with consistent quality and production efficiency 
• Strong attention to detail and quality 
• Reliable attendance and strong work ethic 
• Ability to work in a fast-paced production environment<div style="margin-left:0in;margin-right:0in;text-align:center"><hr/></div>Additional Requirements • Ability to work in a physically demanding environment 
• Ability to lift, push, and pull up to 50 lbs. regularly 
• Ability to stand, bend, reach overhead, and perform repetitive tasks

• Must maintain consistent attendance and punctuality
