Key Responsibilities<ul><li>Strategic Research: Identify and track federal, state, and local funding opportunities specifically for large-scale infrastructure and community development.</li><li>Grant Composition: Lead the writing, editing, and submission of complex grant applications, ensuring 100% compliance with technical requirements.</li><li>Financial & Technical Analysis: Compile statistical data and benefit-cost information to build a compelling case for project funding.</li><li>Client & Agency Liaison: Present funding strategies to City Councils, Commissioners, and stakeholders.
