Work Environment and Physical Demands: This position requires the ability to perform the essential functions of the job, which may include standing, walking, sitting, talking, and hearing for extended periods; lifting and/or moving up to 50 pounds; providing gymnastics spotting for participants up to 175 pounds; climbing, balancing, stooping, kneeling, crouching, crawling, bending, or squatting as needed; and using hands to handle equipment or tools. This position will require the applicant to verify the meeting of a minimum age requirement of 14 years old as such requirement is a bona fide occupational qualification pertaining to public safety and required by law .
