How you Will make a Difference:

What you Need to make a Difference:
<ul><li>Bachelor's degree in social work, regardless of facility bed size. </li><li>One (1) year (preferred) of supervised social work experience in a health care setting working directly with individuals.</li><li>Long term care experience is must. </li><li>Up to 100% travel, including flying and/or driving.</li><li>Maintain progress notes for each resident as required by company policy and state and federal regulations, indicating response to the treatment plan and adjustment to facility life.</li></ul>
