Monitor electrical and systems-related construction activities in the field Verify work is performed in accordance with project plans, specifications, and contract requirements Document daily construction activities, progress, issues, and site conditions Prepare accurate inspection reports and maintain project records Identify deficiencies or non-conforming work and communicate findings to project leadership Maintain inspection logs, photographs, and supporting documentation Coordinate with contractors, engineers, project managers, and client representatives Support project quality assurance and quality control initiatives Observe testing, startup, and commissioning activities when applicable Work safely in active construction environments. Experience on transit, rail, highway, utility, airport, or infrastructure projects Knowledge of communications systems, CCTV, access control, networking, fiber optic systems, or intelligent transportation systems (ITS) Experience with testing, startup, commissioning, or systems integration Associates or Bachelors degree in Engineering, Engineering Technology, Construction Management, Electronics Technology, or a related discipline Applicable electrical, construction, inspection, or safety certifications.
