We expect leaders to start with strengths in a given field (e.g., Electrode and Cell assembly, laser welding, roll to roll operations, mechanical/electrical engineering, robotics, PLC programming, vision systems, Python, HMI scripting, etc.) and then expand their expertise into all other areas by collaborating with team members. Tesla leaders are responsible for a variety of Environmental Health and Safety (EHS) assurance functions, including ensuring their teams' safety training is current, documenting EHS incidents, proactively correcting workplace hazards in the areas, and empowering others to continuously improve operations.
