Reporting to the Senior Manager, Business Intelligence, the Senior BI Developer partners with business teams across clinical, operational, and financial domains to turn reporting needs into trusted, high-quality, performant BI solutions-authoring advanced DAX, designing star-schema semantic models, and applying Power BI and Microsoft Fabric best practices. Partner with business teams across NVA (clinical, operations, finance, marketing, HR, hospital support) to understand their reporting needs; deliver managed BI solutions for teams without in-house reporting talent, and help upskill those with reporting capability to become self-sufficient on the Power BI platform.
