Day-to-day management and oversight of the Operations Accounting Team functions for assigned portfolio including month-end and quarter-end close, lease review and interpretation, property level variance analysis including evaluation of straight-line rent, balance sheet reconciliations, working with finance on budgets and forecasts, and working with the Financial Reporting team on quarterly and annual financial reporting supporting schedules. The base pay range for this role is between $121,700 and $145,000 and your base pay will depend on your skills, experience and training, knowledge, licensure and certifications, and other business and organizational needs.
