In addition, the appraiser must handle communications with insurance adjusters and customers throughout the repair process effectively and maintain high levels of customer satisfaction. Base salary plus achievable commission/bonus structure. Expectation is to run $150k+ in sales monthly while hitting KPI's and CSI requirements. DUTIES/RESPONSIBILITIES<ul><li>Greet customers promptly and in a timely manner to accurately determine customer's needs while ensuring a high degree of customer service.</li><li>Inspects, analyzes, and evaluates damaged vehicles to create a comprehensive and accurate estimate of repair.</li><li>Informs customers about repair process, including insurance claims processing, payment procedures, repair techniques, repair needs and expected delivery date of repair.</li><li>Asks for the sale and/or attempts to schedule customers for repair to achieve a closing ratio of 75% (minimum) for all assigned work.</li><li>Responsible for achieving 92% (minimum) CSI/NPS (customer service, kept informed, quality of service and on-time delivery).</li><li>Responsible for maintaining positive relationships with insurance agents, dealerships, fleet accounts and other customers.</li><li>Keeps insurance adjusters, production staff and customers informed regarding the status of the vehicle repair. Write supplements and negotiates with insurer.</li><li>Responsible for keeping all assigned Repair Order (RO) current and accurate throughout the repair process.</li><li>Inspects all completed repairs before delivering customer vehicles, explains warranty and Quality Control process with all customers. </li><li>Attend daily release meetings.</li><li>Other duties as assigned. </li></ul> <h2 style="margin:8pt 0in 4pt;font-size:16pt;color:rgb( 47 , 84 , 150 )"> </h2><h2 style="margin:8pt 0in 4pt;font-size:16pt;color:rgb( 47 , 84 , 150 )">EXPERIENCE / SKILL REQUIREMENTS</h2><ul><li>2-5 years prior experience as a collision estimator or insurance appraiser.</li><li>Prior damage analysis experience - hybrid and electric vehicles, restraint systems, electrical systems, and identifying hail, theft and vandalism damage.</li><li>Experience with collision management systems (CCC).</li><li>Fluent using Mitchell or CCC-1 estimating software.</li><li>Knowledge of Microsoft Office Software (Word, Excel, Outlook).</li><li>I-CAR training or other industry training preferred.</li><li>History of working independently without close supervision.</li><li>Strong sales and negotiation skills.</li><li>Post invoices in CCCOne as needed. </li><li>Parts ordering (CCC, OPS, OEC, Parts Trader)</li><li>Utilize AdasThink or similar to identify Adas requirements.</li><li>Utilize Alldata, Repair Logic and/or OEM sites for OEM repair procedures. </li><li>Reliable and punctual. </li><li>Ability to multi-task in a fast-paced work environment.</li><li>Valid driver's license and insurable driving record.</li><li>Must be able to work the following days and hours: </li><li>Monday - Friday (7:30 a.m. - 5:30 p.m.)</li></ul><h5> </h5><h5>PHYSICAL REQUIREMENTS</h5>Essential physical requirements include:        Standing, sitting and walking        Performing repetitive motions        Lifting up to 25lbs <h5>WORK ENVIRONMENT</h5>Exposure to: <ul><li>Paint, fumes and particles</li><li>Dirt / Dust</li><li>Chemicals / Toxins</li><li>Varying heat / cold</li><li>Intermittent noise</li></ul>

JOB DESCRIPTIONJob SummaryThe Senior Estimator operates with minimal oversight on preconstruction teams, frequently serving as the principal point of contact with the design team and the owner. Senior estimators are capable of leading all types of project delivery methods and have demonstrated competence in basic and advanced estimating functions. Senior Estimators are knowledgeable regarding cost for all work elements including mechanical and electrical systems and prepare conceptual estimates, general conditions, and logistics plans that require minimal review by senior staff. Sr. Estimators will also provide training and mentoring to estimators on staff.Key Responsibilities1. Capably performs basic estimating functions including quantity takeoff, pricing development for all trade work (including mechanical and electrical scopes), and abstracting (including the development and analysis of trade bids). 2. Develops conceptual estimates for review by senior personnel. 3. For projects where third party consultants are involved, provide justification and reconciliation of Sundt estimates. 4. Leads the preparation of estimating documents/deliverables with minimal oversight from Senior personnel, to include budget uploads, purchasing plans, subcontracts, purchase orders, General Conditions and project logistics. 5. Performs advanced estimating tasks to include serving as the prime point of contact for hard bid pursuits, coordinating constructability reviews, and applying appropriate indirect costs including insurance, taxes, and fees. 6. Provide coordination with operations to ensure a reasonable plan (schedule, logistics, staffing) has been developed. 7. Provides feedback to design team regarding cost and constructability.Minimum Job Requirements1. Four year engineering degree or equivalent combinations of technical training and/or related experience. 2. Ideal candidates will have project experience in one or more key market sectors identified by the business unit. 3. Proficient use of all Microsoft Office Suite programs. 4. Provide management and leadership support for projects including internal employees and departments, vendors, subcontractors, contractors and customers to maintain a high level of customer satisfaction as well as positive financial results. Perform all subcontracting responsibilities including negotiating the contract, change orders, coordination and management required to maintain the job schedule and working relationships with other jobsite contractors.

This position is responsible for project management and supervision of all activities related to assigned projects.  These projects include new construction, renovation, upgrade, tenant improvement or service upgrade scope.  Provide management and leadership support for projects including internal employees and departments, vendors, subcontractors, contractors and customers to maintain a high level of customer satisfaction as well as positive financial results. <ul><li>Complete assigned projects on or before the scheduled completion date by coordinating with and facilitating internal communication.  This includes contract review, sales to operations turnover, equipment procurement and delivery, timely billing, subcontracting, installation, programming and check-out. </li><li>Perform as the primary leader for the field operations teams on assigned projects. </li><li>Perform as the central point of contact with customers, consultants and contractors to provide status updates, information and problem resolution. </li><li>Understanding of scopes of work, ability to read and interpret project specifications, plans and contracts. </li><li>Proactively communicate technical issues to management, project managers and/or more senior level technicians as well as contractors and subcontractors. </li><li>Perform all subcontracting responsibilities including negotiating the contract, change orders, coordination and management required to maintain the job schedule and working relationships with other jobsite contractors. </li><li>Maintain field markups, and coordinate field markups from the project team and submit As-Built documents. </li><li>Able to document, demonstrate and exercise systems for third party commissioning support and testing. </li><li>Report to work on time and ready to perform assigned tasks. </li><li>Maintain company tools, test equipment, material and company vehicle(s). </li><li>Complete timely billing  in the acceptable format to the contractor/customer. </li><li>Mentors and sets a good example for lower-level team members. </li><li>Take part in solutions-based discussions with owners and project stakeholders both inside and outside the company. </li><li>Attends and contributes to project meetings, as necessary. </li><li>Actively pursue additional work through change orders.  Perform associated cost estimates, proposals and negotiate the price and customer acceptance and internally book the change order. </li><li>Assist with project turnover to the service department. </li><li>Looks for opportunities to keep the project moving forward. </li><li>Communicate with jobsite personnel from other trades to complete project objectives. </li><li>Complete assigned training as part of the positions career growth plan. </li><li>Support a performance-based culture, both team and individual, to assure continuous improvement and alignment with enterprise vision, mission, and objectives. </li><li>Drive employee engagement, training, and development in the key areas of safety, quality, and productivity. </li><li>Support a culture based on open/honest dialogue and involvement with all team members that demonstrates the value of their input and engagement in improving performance. </li><li>Support a culture of high performance and accountability in employee and site safety as well as other aspects of the business. </li><li>Complete weekly timecards accurately and timely by 9am every Monday  </li></ul>Requirements<ul><li>Equivalent experience of 6 years or more including vocational school, or a Bachelor’s degree in engineering, computer technology or similar field with 4+ years of experience preferred.   </li><li>Have a general understanding of building construction methods, HVAC Systems, electrical systems as well as mechanical systems. </li><li>Able to execute HVAC Controls, Building Management Systems, Fire Alarm System Integration, Access Control System Integration projects with high level of contract and project complexity. </li><li>Experience dealing with a diverse and large number of simultaneous challenges, requiring knowledge of multiple disciplines while maintaining control. </li><li>Must have the ability to communicate technical material to a non-technical audience. </li><li>Must understand Schedule of Values, AIA Billing, cost of sales revenue recognition   </li><li>Self-starter attitude that is inquisitive, intuitive and has a willingness to learn and grow. </li><li>Prior experience supporting construction and field employee groups, including strong problem-solving skills, critical thinking, and self-initiative. </li><li>Commitment to “open door” contact with all field employees. </li><li>Excellent written and verbal communication, interpersonal skills;
