Write reports, business correspondence and document quality related issues and activities Effectively present information and respond to questions from project managers, superintendents, clients, customers and the general public Effectively communicate and develop positive working relationships with the owner, owners representative, and the Companys site supervision, in order to facilitate the quality objectives Work independently and productively, ensuring the resources assigned to the project are adequate and properly trained for the task Be self-motivated and capable of taking initiative Apply critical thinking skills to establish effective corrective actions for causal factors of quality incidents Possess diplomatic skills for addressing Quality and Safety issues with both internal and external parties Excellent verbal, written and interpersonal skills. Training and practical knowledge of construction trades Extreme proficiency in Microsoft Office applications, including Outlook, Excel, Word, SharePoint, Teams, and Power Point Demonstrated experience with construction management software platforms Proven capabilities with Bluebeam Revu Preferred experience with Smartsheet and InEight software KNOWLEDGE, SKILLS, AND ABILITIES REQUIRED: Be knowledgeable of MIC Health and Safety programs and project specific regulations.
