This position also performs preventative maintenance to ensure electrical equipment reliability. Electrical Maintenance Technicians will train Monday-Friday on days for the first 3-6 months.After training, the EMT will work12-Hour Rotating Shiftson a family friendly modified Dupont schedule, working 14 of every 18 days, with every other weekend as a requirement.Individuals in this position are also required to work on holidays, weekends, and any necessary overtime. To learn more about our team and our culture, click here: Mt Jewett-Kane Culture What You Will Do <ul><li> Install, troubleshoot, and repair electrical equipment and circuits </li><li> Maintain, program, and troubleshoot Programmable Logic Controllers (PLCs) and Variable Frequency Drives (VFDs) </li><li> Maintain and troubleshoot circuits and components on pneumatic systems, control devices, and hydraulic equipment </li><li> Read and interpret mechanical and electrical schematics to troubleshoot and install equipment </li><li> Perform routine preventative maintenance on electrical equipment </li></ul> Who You Are (Basic Qualifications) <ul><li> Read and interpret electrical and mechanical schematics </li></ul> What Will Put You Ahead <ul><li> Completion of a trade school degree in the Electrical or Electronics field </li><li> Two or more years' experience in Industrial Electrical work </li><li> Experience installing, examining, replacing, or repairing Variable Frequency Drives (VFD) and motor controllers </li><li> Experience with running conduit and installing electrical infrastructure to code </li><li> Experience using Programmable Logic Controls (PLC) and Controls; identifying major components, wiring input/output cards, and reading basic ladder logic diagrams </li></ul> At Koch companies, we are entrepreneurs.
